Maine Coon

Ragdoll may be the largest breed of cat on average, but it is a Maine Coon that holds the world record for size. They average a hefty 12-15 lbs making them the gentle giants of the cat world. Maine coons have wonderfully loving personalities, are playful, intelligent, and docile. Their mellow dispositions make them the ideal cat for homes with dogs or small children. They have medium to long silky coats that require occasional grooming, gentle eyes, and come in nearly every color except pointed (siamese).
